Project One
My first project analyzed the way genre is used in
human trafficking. For instance I analyzed narratives in article and letter
form on a website. Each article had certain characteristics that made the
narrative more effective while the letter had a more emotional appeal but had
the same purpose which was to raise awareness and initiate change in the way we
combat human trafficking. Throughout project one I compared and contrasted
Ayesha’s, Trisha’s, and MC’s narratives for genre conventions. This project
helped me see the information that I already knew in a different perspective. All
my work for Project one has been included in this post.
